My OVO deposit is not showing in my account balance — what do I do?

First, check the Transactions section of your account — the deposit will show a status of pending, completed or failed. If it shows completed but your balance has not changed, contact live chat with your transaction ID visible in the history. If it shows pending, the OVO wallet confirmation may still be processing. If it shows failed, the amount was not taken from your OVO balance and you can attempt the deposit again from the Deposit page.

Can I switch between DANA and OVO for different deposits?
